At 8:00PM the Bass Museum and Arte al Dia International’s biggest bash of the year was in full swing. Three thousand people, including exhibitors, collectors, and press from around the globe filled the galleries of the museum to see the exhibition Promises of Paradise: Staging Mid-Century Miami and to celebrate Art Basel Miami Beach 2007. Special guests enjoyed cocktails provided by El Dorado Rum, Finlandia, Tequila el Mayor, courtesy of AMC Liaisons. A Nespresso bar was offered in the Lydia and Burton Harrison Cafe and guests enjoyed a collaborative installation by Roberto Behar & Rosario Marquardt, entitled "Nomadic Square" on the Bass terrace.
