MIAMI BEACH, FL - (March 17, 2008) - Hundreds of people attended the Bass Museum’s community outreach event Paradise Play Land: Family Day at the Bass Museum on Saturday, March 15. Free admission included a fun-filled day of educational and innovative art projects. Families enjoyed storytelling, creating vintage inspired postcards and jewelry, sleuthing clues in the ever popular exhibition scavenger hunt, and designing mid-century Miami homes with professional artists . Parents and children learned to dance the Jitterbug and the Twist at the lively Playland Sock Hop. Kids munched on free hot dogs and popcorn, and parents enjoyed free chair massages all day long!
