FAMILY DAY OPEN HOUSE FESTIVAL MIAMI BEACH, FL (October 3, 2005) - Over 2,000 people attended the Bass Museum's community outreach event Retratos Family Day Open House Festival on Saturday September 24. Free admission included a fun-filled day of educational and unique art projects, live Latin music, performances, complimentary refreshments and tours of the blockbuster exhibition Retratos: 2,000 Years of Latin American Portraits in English and Spanish. Original works of art created from the Retratos "Portraits in Motion Project" are currently on view steps away from the Bass Museum at the Miami Beach Public Library.
