This exhibition is exploring how gold has been used in the past, present, and how it is referenced today by contemporary artists, both physically and conceptually. Works in this exhibition include painting, sculpture, video, photography, and installation. Artists include: Olga de Amaral, Eric Baudart, Carlos Betancourt, Chris Burden, Dario Escobar, Sylvie Fleury, Patricia Hernandez, Alicja Kwade, John Miller, Martin Oppel, Ebony G. Patterson, Todd Pavlisko, Cristina Lei Rodriguez, among others. This exhibition is curated by Jose Carlos Diaz, Curator of Exhibition, at the Bass Museum of Art.
