The Bass Museum of Art along with Dr. Bill Beckwith will offer memory screening tests in September for those with memory concerns or who wish to enroll in Artful Minds – A unique brain stimulation program at the museum.

Artful Minds@thebass | Pamela Beckwith, Program Director | Wednesdays | 1-2:30pm | Free

Artful Minds is a stimulation program for individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or in the early stages of memory loss/Alzheimer’s disease and their caregivers. This 10-week class will meet Wednesdays from 1-2:30pm at Bass Museum of Art. Through this program, participants will receive training with museum exploration, experimentation with art materials, reminiscing, storytelling and many other interesting projects. This program is intended to improve self-esteem, stimulate memory, provide a safe and comfortable space to socialize and reconnect.
