IDEA@thebass family day: create brazilian carnival masks!
These creative afternoons are full of exciting activities for the whole family: art projects, scavenger hunts, preschool art station and free prizes! Bass Museum of Art announces that it will be supporting Doodle 4 Google 2012 by exhibiting ‘doodles’ by 10 Florida state finalists in June 2012 in the newly opened Lindemann Family Creativity Center. This Sunday we will provide students, grades K -12 with the opportunity to create their own Google doodle. Students will be provided with Crayola crayons and watercolors to create artwork for the contest in our newly opened Lindemann Family Creativity Center. IDEA@thebass family days are made possible through the generous support of John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.
**All themes are subject to variation and change. All activities are taught in a family-friendly environment, all art supplies are included. All patrons are encouraged to ask questions and make their best effort to create their own artworks.
