IDEA@thebass family days

IDEA@thebass Family Days are held on the last Sunday of each month from 2-4pm. Admission is free.

These creative afternoons are full of exciting activities for the whole family: art projects, scavenger hunts, preschool art station and free prizes!

feb 26 - Brazilian Carnival: Create Brazilian Carnival Masks!
mar 25 – Portraits!: Try your hand at creating your own self portrait
apr 29 – Rhythm and Art: Make your own artistic musical instruments!
may – No family day
june 24 – Miniature Masterpieces: How small can you go? Today we will be creating tiny works of art
july 29 - Treasures of the Sea: Make your own treasure chest to fill with your artistic treasures
aug 26 – Treasures of the Land: become a treasure hunter, create your own treasure for your friends to discover
sept 30 – Celebrate Florida’s wildlife – crazy crocodiles and beautiful birds!
oct 28 – Art Detective: Discover the secrets of the Mummy with Romero Britto
nov – No family day
dec – No family day

**All themes are subject to variation and change. All activities are taught in a family-friendly environment, all art supplies are included. All patrons are encouraged to ask questions and make their best effort to create their own artworks.
